Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately, we generally do not accept returns and refunds on all goods.
Refunds (When applicable)
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an email at email@example.com before returning the package to us. The refund will only be processed once we have received the items, and checked that they are in its original and good condition. We reserve the rights to decline the refund if:
- the items have been used;
- the items are not returned in its original condition;
- the package goes missing and we cannot track it.
Refunds maybe made via your payment method or in the form of store credits.
Exchanges (When applicable)
We only replace items if they are received damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return Shipping (When applicable)
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any damages or items lost during the return will not be credited.
When shipping items over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
