Shipping and Returns
We understand how frustrating shipping rates can get, so with effect from 10th September 2016, we have adopted a weight-based system to lower the costs as much as possible for you.
It is your responsibility to check and ensure that the address in your order is accurate and correct. If you made a mistake, kindly contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched and you will be liable for re-delivery costs.
To ensure that your purchases are safely delivered to you, orders will be sent out via registered mail therefore you, or an authorised person, must sign for your order upon delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.
The delivery times above are estimates given by our postal service. We will not be responsible for any delay in parcel delivery due to the festive seasons, issues with customs, failed delivery attempts and lost parcels. Any customs and duties incurred upon delivery will be borne by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address given or any reasons not stated here, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer. No refunds and exchanges will be made.
For addresses in United Arab Emirates, kindly leave your PO Box number or best describe the place of delivery (e.g listing the building name or neighbourhood description). Parcels without specifications may be returned to us due to incomplete address and you’ll have to pay for re-delivery again.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We pride ourselves in providing the best quality, therefore, we take great time to check through our products before shipping. If the item you received is incorrect or has defects, kindly contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery and we will look into it.
Returns and exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
As some of our marble products may have unique veining, the veining intensity of each piece will differ and it is not considered a defect. Requests for returns will not be accepted.
In the case of a refund, it will be made in the form of store credits. Exceptions may apply.
